Entry Requirements
- This program is open to foreign applicants who already have a bachelor's degree.
- A law degree is not a must while relevant background is an advantage when applying.
- English proficiency test results (TOFEL: 90; Academic IELTS with a minimum score of 6.0 overall and a minimum score of 5.5 on individual parts of the test).
- Applicants from English-speaking countries or holding a degree from an English-taught program can be exempted from this requirement.

Program Description
In this program students will have an opportunity to examine the differences and similarities between the legal systems and laws in China and other countries. The program offers exposure to a wide varieties of legal topics including civil law, administrative law, judicial system, civil procedure law, political science and others. Though discussion and interaction with distinguished professors and experts in these fields, you will develop your legal knowledge and research skills. This program is a perfect choice for applicants who are considering a law career or show an interest in Chinese laws and culture.

Tips:
For applicants who are in China: If you are an employee, you still need to provide employment separation certificate and your current residence permit. If you are a student, you need to provide transfer certificate, leaving certificate, certificate of attendance rate issued by previous school and your current residence permit. - How to Apply
